18 Oct is Dear's mom birthday and the both of us had been looking for a good and "worth it" gift for her to appreciate her constant care and time for us.

I was suggesting a foot massage as she always have aches and pain on her legs. So we went JP2 and take a look. Went Osim and OTO, apparently we saw a very nice foot massage..

But the price also very nice.. $738. As the both of us are still not financially stable, plus i just blessed my peeps and paid my bills, its rather impossible to come out with the amount in such a short time.

So the next one that we saw is this:

Its slightly cheaper by hundreds, $458.

But of course, 一分钱一分货.. The first one is more suitable for auntie as well. Saving hard for the money.

Bernice's Farewell

We prepared a lot of this day, with drama, songs, videos and various talents. We met on Saturday before service to get things done. I wrote the scripts with some of the people, rehearsed, got them their "lovable" roles. =) Recorded all the videos with the peeps. All of us took time off for this day..

Woke up early once again to make sure everything is okay, double check the video, all the props are ready, all the people will be gathered later for rehearsal etc.. The VIP will be there on time so on.. ;)

The farewell is really a success! Bernice cried! (well, thats the mission of every farewell party) Hehe. And being the emotional me, i cried too, many times.

What a Fruitful weekend!

My weekend is JUST fruitful to the MAX!

Let's start with Friday!

After CG, i took a cab and rushed off to Orchard, Hard Rock Cafe, to meet up with Dear. We supported Jonny & his band's performance! They played really well, and we had dinner over there. The sandwich was huge! Both of us shared one and i was really filled. =) I enjoyed myself~!
SAT! We went for service together, a great service and a great fellowship before service! =) Laughter was everywhere when we prepared the performance for Bern. Dear and i rushed off after service to Tiong Bahru CC to support his aunt's performance. When we reached there, its was too late :( Performance, or rather event ended.. So, we went dinner with his mummy!

SUN! Woke up early and had breakfast with Dear's mummy! All the way at West Coast, good food! After that, Dear and me went to catch a movie: Time Traveller's Wife.

It was a movie that worth it to watch it in a weekend alright, not like some others movie *hem hem* Couples should really watch it together! It made me treasure Dear so much more. & thank God i'm not a time traveller's wife, neither do Dear wanna be a time traveller! For this, i'm blessed. Hehe.

Well, we had a big filling dinner in Cathay, not because of their food blah blah blah.. We went PS early to bought sushi, chocolates, sausages and beef jerky! & we smuggled to the theatre. Hehe, i know when John see this, he will get super angry! Wahahaha~! We were simply full to the max.

After the movies, we headed to the carpark and i saw a dress! Yes, i loved the dress alot! Asked the price and i really wish that i can bring it home. But i was just broke, did some blog shopping! :( I told Dear along the way that i really like the dress..

Hehe, and he initiated to pay half of it! I was super happy and turn back to buy! =) I'm a happy lady! Thank you Dear~!

After that, we went back and we smug through the whole night to do Bernice's video! Its really good to have a "everything-also-know" BF.. Things that im unsure, i'll always turn to him. He's just FULL of knowledge! He helped me with the songs. I know its tedious to put the song in, converting them and make sure it fits in. Its just not easy...

Both us slept at 5am rushing everything..

Felicia got a message that on this day, God wants her to know...

... that it's OK.

Just rest for a moment. It's OK. Yes, things are crazy, yes, the world is going nuts. Yet, deep underneath the stormy waves, there, in the core of your being, there is pure silence, pure love. And ... it's ... just ... OK.

Yes, things hasn't been right for me. Stormy waves are not fun, risky, future and lives will be involved. I'm worried (definitely) and filled with discouragements. But still, i want to stand upon my solid Rock.

I love what this says: "In the core of your being, there is pure silence, pure love, and its just ok."

The source of the pure silence and pure love is from You.. and i know it.

Today....

Sent Dear to the Army this morning.. Well, not really of what people would say, its very sad to send him there cus he E9L9! No Tekong, No stay-in! :)

After that, Auntie sent me to Redhill for an interview. It was a big disappointment to me :( Was really feeling heavy laiden. But i choose to believe God that He prepared a great destiny for me.. Greater things have yet to come. I'm gonna cling on His promises, keep fasting and praying. Every disappointment will be a NEW appointment!

Thank you Dear for your encouragements! Thank you Daddy God for your Word! Thank you Holy Spirit for your companion! I'm gonna cling on!

Right now, im waiting for evening and meet Dear to head off to the gym! Hohohohoho, time to shed off some useless fats! =)

Good news!

Dear will be enlisting tomorrow for army.. Purposely took my day off to go CMPB with him and Auntie. Thank God he doesn't have to stay in, just serve as a clerk in a camp which is just 5 mins driving from his home. So envy him :) How i wish my school or workplace is so near my house!

I'm just so happy today! A kindergarten called me this morning for an interview tomorrow. Its Bright Kids School House! I'm just so grateful to God. =) I pray that the interview will be smooth and good! I'm just so excited! Wheeeee! Do pray for me...

OUR new blog! :)

Its been a week since i blogged.. Well, was getting ready a blog to surprise Dear just before his enlistment to the army :) That's the reason why i'm so lazy to blogged my own.. The blog was done successfully, put in everything that i can and posted everything that i can. It was also meant to be an anniversary gift from me.. Hehe :) It have loads of memories in it.

After showing the blog to Dear last night, i got him to choose our URL.. And our blog has officially established! :) www.felikoon.blogspot.com Yes, felikoon.. ;) Felicia & koon is what his family call us. Cool right?

Well, we went to Peter's 21st birthday party yesterday. Yes, Peter the Big, the Funny, the LOL guy.. loads to describe about him. Best wishes to him and wendy, both are good friends of Dear and me.

This Weekend (B)..

Okay.. so back to sharing about my life. On Sunday, after service, Dear, Chloe and myself went to Tampines MallSS to buy a dogbag for Ah Gal. Thank God we have Chloe with us, she's like our tour guide. Apparently, I dont go to the malls so often, the most I'll fellowship with my CG there, but thats the max. I felt so lost when i need to get something there. Ha!

We went to Pet's Lover Centre, where we love to shop for Ah Gal and Jady's food and necessities. However, the prices are abit unreasonable (though we have the members' card) and the designs of the bags are very limited. So, we went off and went to the next mall to Pets' Station. Initially, Dear and me, we dragged our feet over there as we had bad experiences with their irresponsible service, but still we had to get a bag and we went ahead. To our surprise, their designs were nice and trendy. On top of that, they are quite reasonable too! Praise God for that! :)

We went back home and fetch Ah Gal, to bring her out to have some fun! Its been some time since we brought her out due to our busy schedules. When she was in the car, she was so noisy.. So we went back to the east to have my manicure done! It was my second time to LadyFinger and have not been disappointed..

And they have a current package, 10 Exp Manicures + Free 15 nail arts for only $120! I felt so tempted to sign the package at once. But sigh.. I've got to pay off my bill and wait for my payday.
Well, i dont mind signing the package. Hehehe!

Then we proceed to Felly's BBQ and had some fun playing games, catching up with some friends, knowing more friends. Ah gal definitely enjoyed herself as when we are on the way back home, she was so quiet. I bet that she's tired already. :)

This weekend.. (A)

Weekend has always busy as usual.. Sometimes its rather hard to find time to rest at home and have a good sleep. Saturdays will always be packed by GB, CG, Service and Fellowship. Sundays will be packed with service (accompanying those who cant attend Sat svc for the week), fellowships, and some time spent with Dear.

However, isn't this how a Christian should live by and busy about? ( Well, of course with Cultural Mandate)

I was really convicted of what Pst Tan preached during service this week. It was really one of the best sermons i've heard in the best season! :) He shared about the attitudes of a Christian, the first shall be the last, the last shall be the first.

a) Attitude of CONSTANT repentance
b) Attitude of CONSTANT believing
c) Attitude of CONSTANT bearing fruits.

I was sharing with Dear how this message really convicted me. Well, truly Christianity is not a bed of roses! To say the truth, i really have thought before, just before my deathbed, i'll just quickly say the sinners' prayer and immediately i can go to Heaven straight. Then i enjoy the worldly life, and go to Heaven happily. [P/S. I've not left church before, ha!]

But Pastor really open up my minds this weekend! This give me a desire to do even more for God, because at the end of the day, i want to be able to present my fruits in front of Him :)

Happy 44th Birthday Daddy!

Yes, it was my beloved Daddy's birthday. I owe him a celebration as he is in Batam and I'm in Singapore.. ;( I really miss him a lot. The last time i saw him was during my SOT graduation and had lunch with him then sent him back. I really miss him badly. How i wish i could be in Batam with him.. But i will make it up to him..
